A note from the practice

Dilapidations claims are as much about negotiation as they are about the schedule itself. We prepare documents that stand up to scrutiny, and we're comfortable engaging with the opposing surveyor to reach a proportionate settlement — with reference to Section 18(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1927 where relevant.
